1952 Gibson J-45


The quintessential workhouse of the acoustic guitar world, the J-45, When many people visualize an acoustic guitar, a played in J-45 is exactly what comes to mind. This was always meant as a working man’s guitar and has been prevalent¬†and ubiquitous on recording and stages around the world since it’s debut in 1942. This instrument retains all original parts and has both an adirondack top and scalloped bracing. Not a single bit of finish work is present.
